WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our only payment provider is Paypal. But, you can pay with your Credit/Debit Card even if you don’t have a Paypal account. The payment will be processed through Paypal.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in Canada, some of our items are located in other countries such as Australia, India, Tibet, and Singapore.

CAN I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped. Please allow 48 – 72 hours after we supply the tracking details for them to register on the system.

IN WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR STORE PRICES?

Our store prices are in United States dollar (USD). *If you pay in a currency that’s different from the designated currency of your payment method, your provider or third-party payment processor may apply a currency conversion rate or fees to your payment. Contact your provider (for example, your credit or bank card issuer) for information on what fees may apply, since they’re not controlled by BOBO Center.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We normally prepare and ship our products within 1 business day after ordering. Free delivery in the US takes 7-14 days from the shipping date. For outside US addresses, the parcel may take 3-4 weeks before it is delivered depending on customs. Rest assured we will be sending you your tracking number as soon as it is shipped. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION OR ONLY AN ONLINE STORE?

We do not have physical store locations yet. We only sell online at the moment.

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Absolutely! Since we only use Paypal as a payment provider all your information will be secured by Paypal. We don’t collect any payment information from our customers.

HOW DO I ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Simply find the product you’d want and click the ‘Add To Cart’ button. Fill in your shipping and billing information then choose to buy with your Paypal account or your Credit/Debit card. We’ll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.

I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Since we ship products from several countries you may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
