Return Policy
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. In fact, most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@bobocenter.com within 24 hours, otherwise, it will be too late. After 24 hours, it’s been accepted as final and ready to ship to your doorstep!
RETURN POLICY
We love our customers and making things easy for them and hope you will make things easy for us!
While we would love to take back everything, for a few hundred reasons we just cannot. So your return will be accepted only for two reasons:
1. Item received is different from what was ordered.
If you receive a different item than what you ordered, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
2. Your item is damaged upon receipt.
No need to return the damaged item received. Simply take a photograph and send it to contact@bobocenter.com. Once we receive the photograph, we will issue a replacement. Easy, that’s what we like.
But remember to send the photo in a timely fashion. This is when being late is not cool. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 7 days from the delivery date will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement.
NOTE:
We know we all come in different shapes and sizes here. It’s why we strive to make sure that the size you are getting is the right one, so please pay attention and follow the measurement guide, table and/or instructions found in the product description of the item you are looking to buy. The measurements are clearly given so for that reason that we cannot accommodate returns for incorrect size. It’s time to get your measuring tape and rulers out before you order!
You may return your eligible item to us within 7 days from the date you received the item. The return policy is NOT applicable for each item that is labeled All Sales Final that can be found on the product description. But we are sure you will love what you get ?
HOW TO RETURN AN ELIGIBLE ITEM
We will only accept returns for eligible items by mail.
Here’s how:
1. Contact us regarding your eligible item via email at contact@bobocenter.com
2. Send us a picture of the item – your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All returned items must be in the original packaging and it must have all original tags attached.
3. Once we determined that the item is eligible for return we will provide the return address. Please do not use the address found on the package of the item since that is not the correct return address.
Take Note
You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping and packaging costs related to returning or exchanging an item. We will not accept returns, Cash on Delivery (COD), or prepay for return shipping.
Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.
Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will email you to confirm receipt and will issue you a refund to your original method of payment. We will only refund the purchase price of the item. Shipping, handling, processing, and customs fees are nonrefundable.
Lost or Damaged by Postal Service
We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email ( 6 weeks for international ), please contact us at contact@bobocenter.com and we will be happy to check what causes the delay of shipment. Thank you for understanding this.
Returned Mail
If a package has returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.
Refused/Unclaimed Mail
If delivery is refused by the recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded.
